Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, financial institutions, investors and other potential business partners
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate user acquisition and market share growth
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis and industry trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
• Lead business negotiations and contract finalization processes to secure agreements aligned with company objectives
• Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights to support executive decision-making

Job Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, partnership management or related roles within Web3/crypto/tech industries
• Strong network and existing relationships within the Web3 ecosystem preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with experience in contract discussions
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage complex projects
• Results-driven mindset with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Web3/blockchain business development
• Experience working with DeFi protocols, NFT platforms or other Web3 infrastructure
• Multilingual capabilities to support global partnership development
• Technical background or strong understanding of smart contracts and blockchain protocols
