Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, financial institutions, investors and other potential business partners
 - Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to accelerate user acquisition and market share growth
 - Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis and industry trend monitoring to inform strategic decisions
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
 - Lead business negotiations and contract finalization processes to secure agreements aligned with company objectives
 - Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights to support executive decision-making
 
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management or related roles within Web3/crypto/tech industries
 - Strong network and existing relationships within the Web3 ecosystem preferred
 - Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
 - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with experience in contract discussions
 - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage complex projects
 - Results-driven mindset with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
 - Deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Web3/blockchain business development
 - Experience working with DeFi protocols, NFT platforms or other Web3 infrastructure
 - Multilingual capabilities to support global partnership development
 - Technical background or strong understanding of smart contracts and blockchain protocols
