Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis and Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of product objectives and user needs, work closely with product managers and R&D teams, and define clear design directions.
• User Experience Design: Create high-quality UI/UX design solutions, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and visual design.
• Iterative Optimization: Based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimize product experience, improve product usability and user satisfaction.
• Design System Maintenance: Establish and maintain a complete design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design.
• Teamwork: Effective communication with cross-functional teams (such as development, product, etc.) to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
• Industry Research: Pay attention to industry trends, constantly learn new design tools and technologies, and maintain the forefront of design.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
