Job Description
The role involves driving ecosystem project expansion by identifying and onboarding high-quality Web3 projects, development teams, infrastructure initiatives, and ecosystem partners to build a regional project resource network. Responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle from initial contact, business negotiations, contract signing, to official ecosystem integration. You will oversee project incubation by collaborating with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure MVP development, ecosystem integration, and milestone deliveries. Additionally, you will coordinate technical support, marketing, developer communities, funding, and partnerships to accelerate project growth. Building regional ecosystem partnerships with VCs, incubators, developer communities, media, KOLs, and industry collaborators is essential to establish stable project pipelines. Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities will refine ecosystem strategies. Maintaining project databases and generating periodic progress reports on collaborations and ecosystem development is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand ecosystem projects by sourcing and integrating Web3 initiatives, teams, and partners.
- Manage end-to-end project onboarding, from negotiation to contract execution.
- Facilitate project incubation, ensuring MVP development and milestone achievements.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (technical, marketing, funding) to support project growth.
- Develop regional partnerships with VCs, incubators, media, and KOLs for sustainable project sourcing.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain project tracking systems and produce analytical reports on ecosystem progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in Web3, preferably in blockchain ecosystems, exchanges, VC, or project growth.
- Strong business development and resource integration skills to independently secure partnerships.
- Ability to assess project-ecosystem compatibility across multiple dimensions.
- Project management and cross-team collaboration expertise to drive milestones.
- Existing network with projects, VCs, incubators, media, or exchanges is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and documentation for project evaluations and reports.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for global stakeholder communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain ecosystems, Web3 accelerators, launchpads, or VC firms.
- Hands-on involvement in Web3 project incubation, funding, or scaling.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Sui, or Aptos ecosystems.
- Established project/regional resources or successful partnership cases.
