Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Ecosystem Project Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our Web3 ecosystem by identifying and onboarding high-quality projects, development teams, infrastructure initiatives, and strategic partners. You will play a pivotal role in building regional project networks and driving the growth of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ecosystem project expansion by identifying and introducing high-quality Web3 projects, development teams, infrastructure initiatives, and ecosystem partners to establish regional project resource networks.
- Manage the entire project onboarding process, including initial contact, business negotiations, partnership agreements, and final integration into our ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing business support during project incubation, collaborating with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate MVP development, ecosystem integration, and milestone delivery.
- Coordinate ecosystem resources and empowerment initiatives, aligning technical support, marketing campaigns, developer communities, investment opportunities, and partner networks to accelerate project growth.
- Develop regional ecosystem partnerships by expanding and maintaining relationships with VCs, incubators, developer communities, media outlets, KOLs, and industry partners to establish stable project pipelines.
- Monitor industry trends, key sector developments, and competitor ecosystem strategies to identify potential collaboration opportunities and optimize expansion approaches.
- Maintain project databases and tracking systems while regularly producing reports on project progress, partnership status, and ecosystem development analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in the Web3 industry, preferably with background in public chain ecosystems, exchange ecosystems, VC, incubators, or project growth.
- Excellent business development and resource integration capabilities with proven ability to independently establish partnerships and drive successful collaborations.
- Strong ecosystem partnership skills with multidimensional assessment capabilities for project-chain compatibility.
- Project management and cross-team coordination skills to align internal resources and drive projects through various development stages.
- Existing network of project teams, VCs, incubators, developer communities, media contacts, KOLs, or exchanges is highly preferred.
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills to independently produce project evaluation reports, partnership proposals, and business presentation materials.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication for independent engagement with international projects and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with public chain ecosystems, ecosystem funds, Web3 accelerators, exchange launchpads, or VC operations.
- Participation or leadership in Web3 projects from initial incubation through funding, launch, and growth phases.
- Familiarity with major ecosystems including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Sui, and Aptos.
- Established project resources, regional ecosystem connections, or successful partnership case studies.
