Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and pioneering business development manager to join the PayDD core team. This role will play a crucial part in driving the company's market expansion and strategic partnerships in emerging sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote market cooperation and business growth of the company's products in key strategic areas
- Focus on developing partnerships with cross-border enterprises and Web3 organizations
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players
- Assist in building a comprehensive business ecosystem with significant industry influence
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the fintech and digital payment sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for partners
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in fintech or digital payments
- Strong understanding of cross-border commerce and Web3 technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Fluency in English and at least one other major language is preferred
