Brand Operations Executive/Specialist
We are seeking a Web3 personal branding expert with deep research capabilities and bilingual (Chinese-English) content precision. The role involves real-time tracking of cutting-edge developments in the crypto industry and global macro-finance, crafting high-quality industry insights and interview content, and managing global core social media platforms like X (Twitter) with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor real-time updates and trends in Web3, DeFi, underlying protocols, crypto-economics, and global macro-finance.
- In-Depth Content Strategy: Leverage solid industry research skills to identify high-value content themes, helping executives establish a top-tier Thought Leader image.
- Bilingual Content Creation: Write and polish high-quality social media posts, industry insights, interview scripts, Q&A frameworks, and keynote speeches, ensuring native-level fluency in both languages.
- Brand Reputation Management: Maintain a professional and authoritative brand tone across all content while ensuring bilingual consistency.
- Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of X (Twitter) and other major platforms, engaging deeply with the global Web3 community to enhance brand influence.
- Audience Growth: Continuously produce high-value content to build and expand a loyal global follower base.
- Personal Branding Support: Provide comprehensive assistance in executing executive personal branding projects, ensuring cross-channel message coherence.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or related fields preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in Web3 ecosystems, with practical understanding of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and crypto-economics.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct independent high-quality industry research and trend analysis.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level fluency in both Chinese and English, capable of professional-grade content creation without "translationese."
- Execution & Initiative: Strong self-motivation and responsiveness, able to independently manage end-to-end workflows from research to content delivery in fast-paced environments.
