Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment life-cycle and source top talent for our organization. This role involves creative sourcing techniques, pipeline management, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates through different platforms
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs
- Coordinate recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Assess and manage referral processes to enhance talent acquisition
- Assist with onsite onboarding and facilitate candidates & employees in the office
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels
- Excellent organizational skills to manage recruiting pipelines and events
- Experience with referral program management and employee onboarding
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth candidate and employee experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
