Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment life-cycle and source top talent for our organization. This role involves creative sourcing techniques, pipeline management, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates through different platforms
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs
  • Coordinate recruiting events and sourcing activities
  • Assess and manage referral processes to enhance talent acquisition
  • Assist with onsite onboarding and facilitate candidates & employees in the office
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing
  • Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage recruiting pipelines and events
  • Experience with referral program management and employee onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth candidate and employee experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
