Provide timely feedback on any issues that users may encounter during use, and collect and organize relevant information; 3. Proficient in using Japanese, with Chinese proficiency preferred; 4. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience are preferred; 5. Have thinking about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, and explore user needs
