Job Description

This position is responsible for creating and managing visual content that supports the branding, marketing, and communication efforts of Econia Labs. The ideal candidate will develop a wide range of design assets including logos, banners, social media graphics, event materials, and promotional collateral. They will also produce dynamic and engaging GIFs to enhance the online presence of Econia Labs on various digital platforms. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with the Econia Labs team to amplify awareness of the company's partners and foster growth within the Econia community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for branding initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company's identity and values.
  • Develop creative and interactive GIFs tailored for social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that highlight Econia Labs' partnerships and community impact.
  • Produce visual content for events, including but not limited to invitations, signage, and digital presentations, to create immersive brand experiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital assets for web and social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and user engagement goals.
  • Conduct research on design trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide input on the creative direction of marketing materials, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for brand promotion.
  • Ensure all design outputs are technically sound, visually appealing, and meet the required specifications for different platforms.
  • Support the creation of merchandise designs that reflect the brand's aesthetic and resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track the performance of visual content and make data-driven improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools for creating visual assets.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual content requirements, including optimal file formats and sizes.
  • Ability to create engaging GIFs and animations using After Effects or online tools to enhance digital storytelling.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies to develop cohesive visual narratives for partners and community engagement.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables and platforms.
