Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering product requirements, collecting product feedback, designing product growth strategies, and executing product growth initiatives
 - Plan and execute product growth strategies based on business needs and market trends
 - Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination to identify and develop strategic initiatives/key decisions to improve product performance
 - Identify gaps in product growth with data-driven approaches and iterate on product growth plans for continuous improvement
 - Pitch and demonstrate product features to external audiences including clients, partners, and stakeholders
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
 - 2+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing or related roles
 - Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills
 - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams
 - Proven track record of executing successful product growth strategies
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and growth hacking techniques
 - Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
 - Background in SaaS or digital products
 - Creative problem-solving skills with entrepreneurial mindset
