Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and brand visibility in the Web3 space. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can oversee multi-channel campaigns, build strong community engagement, and establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across different channels (online, offline, community-driven, etc.) to drive user acquisition and brand visibility. Set KPIs, allocate budgets, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
 - Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the Web3 market. Oversee visual brand assets, content guidelines, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
 - Craft and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to promote new product launches, partnerships, and community events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, iterating based on data-driven insights.
 - Nurture and grow our online community across social channels (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.). Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders in the Web3 space to amplify reach.
 - Oversee the creation of compelling content (blog posts, whitepapers, videos, newsletters, etc.) that educates and engages both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.
 - Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and panels, sharing expertise on market trends and building a reputation as a thought leader.
 - Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with key projects, teams, and communities to expand brand presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Community) to ensure cohesive, impactful partnerships.
 - Track marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, engagement rates, conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports to the executive team. Use data insights to optimize campaign strategies and improve ROI.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or tech industry.
 - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, community building, and brand positioning.
 - Excellent communication and content creation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
 - Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
 - Passion for Web3 and blockchain technology, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
