Job Description
This role focuses on driving product growth through Reddit by developing strategic initiatives and measuring their impact. The ideal candidate will leverage Reddit as a key channel for brand awareness, community trust-building, SEO/GEO optimization, and user conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Reddit growth strategies to enhance brand exposure, community engagement, and conversion metrics
- Build and manage the product's official subreddit as a long-term content asset for user discussions, product education, use case sharing, and organic search traffic
- Design comprehensive Reddit ecosystem participation plans, identifying high-value communities and trending topics to increase organic brand visibility among target users
- Create data-driven content and interaction strategies, continuously monitoring community visits, engagement metrics, search indexing, AI answer citations, and conversion signals to refine growth approaches
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of successful Reddit growth campaigns with measurable results in community reach, engagement growth, brand exposure, search visibility, referral traffic, or conversions
- Deep understanding of Reddit culture, including subreddit rules, community trust dynamics, content context, and anti-marketing mechanisms - treating Reddit as a unique platform rather than conventional social media
- Strong English content judgment and data analysis skills to evaluate content suitability for Reddit and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to proactively identify challenges, develop strategies, execute plans, analyze outcomes, and collaborate effectively with growth, SEO, product, and content teams
