Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in Web3/blockchain/internet industry
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design
- Ability to make data-driven design decisions and validate through metrics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit
- Adaptability to fast-paced internet industry environment
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience is required
