Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end mobile UX/UI design processes including user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping and high-fidelity interfaces for iOS/Android apps. Specializes in designing complex financial and Web3 user experiences covering digital asset displays, trading flows, authorization confirmations, risk control prompts etc. Translates underlying technical complexities into simple, secure and trustworthy user experiences through continuous user-centered iteration. Makes design decisions based on user studies, data analysis and feedback. Delivers high-quality UI designs and design systems by building reusable components ensuring cross-platform consistency and scalability. Deeply participates in product co-creation by collaborating with PMs and engineers to transform business/technical constraints into clear user flows. Occasionally supports auxiliary design tasks (minimal proportion) including official websites/landing pages, in-app illustrations and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mobile UX/UI design covering research, architecture, interaction and visual execution
- Design complex financial/Web3 scenarios including digital asset management and transaction processes
- Simplify technical complexities into intuitive user experiences with security considerations
- Create design systems and reusable components maintaining cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align user needs with technical/business requirements
- Produce supplementary marketing materials and web assets when needed
Job Requirements
- Essential:
- 4+ years professional UX/product/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complete mobile app projects (iOS/Android)
- Proficiency in Figma and mainstream design tools
- Solid UX fundamentals and mobile design standards knowledge
- Ability to independently design complex flows from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and design presentation skills
- Preferred:
- Web3/digital assets/wallet/DeFi/NFT product design experience
- Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, account abstraction
- Experience designing high-security, regulated financial products
- Sensitivity to security, trust-building and explanatory UX details
- Aesthetic sensibility balancing strategic UX and polished UI execution
- Self-motivated to drive design quality in startup environments
