Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Blockchain UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and user behavior, with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user experiences for our blockchain products.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand the needs and usage habits of blockchain users, analyze user behavior and feedback, collaborate with product managers, and clarify design requirements and goals
Design and optimize the web interface of blockchain products to ensure that the design scheme is intuitive, concise, and aesthetically pleasing
Work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of the design plan and provide support and feedback during the development process
Responsible for the design of visual elements such as icons, buttons, backgrounds, animations, etc., to enhance the overall visual effect
Create and maintain a design resource library, and ensure the unified and efficient use of design resources

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in blockchain or fintech products
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency user behavior
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Portfolio demonstrating clean, user-friendly interface designs for web applications
Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries
Experience with motion design and interactive prototypes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile development environments
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Understanding of responsive design principles
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
