Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Independently complete video shooting and post-production editing, including filming and editing interview and personal IP videos for the CEO
 - Analyze user psychology and behavior based on advertising data to create compelling video content that attracts target users
 - Stay updated with market trends and hot topics to continuously improve the quality and relevance of video content
 - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align video production with overall brand strategy
 - Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and maintains high production standards
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing
 - Strong understanding of video storytelling and audience engagement techniques
 - Ability to analyze data and translate insights into creative video concepts
 - Familiarity with current video editing software and production tools
 - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
 - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
 - Strong communication and collaboration skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating content for executive leadership or personal branding
 - Knowledge of social media platforms and video optimization for different channels
 - Background in marketing or advertising is a plus
