Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for the company's Web3 applications and platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Translate complex blockchain technology concepts into user-friendly design language, optimizing interface and interaction experiences.
• Participate in the entire design process, including user research, information architecture design, interface design, and final visual presentation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency between final products and design specifications.
• Collect and analyze user feedback regularly to continuously improve designs and enhance product usability.
• Ensure all product designs align with current Web3 industry trends and meet international design standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably in Web3 or blockchain applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and ability to simplify complex concepts through design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Knowledge of current Web3 design trends and best practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Background in graphic design or visual arts.
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
