Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for the company's Web3 applications and platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Translate complex blockchain technology into user-friendly design language, optimizing interface and interaction experiences.
• Participate in the entire design process, including user research, information architecture design, interface design, and final visual presentation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency between the final product and the design.
• Regularly gather user feedback to continuously refine designs and improve the overall product experience.
• Ensure product designs align with Web3 industry trends and international design standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Web3 industry trends and design best practices.
• Ability to gather and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
