1. Team management: Lead and manage the testing team, assign tasks, and ensure that testing work is completed on time. Provide technical guidance and support to help team members solve complex problems. Regularly conduct team performance evaluations, provide feedback and improvement suggestions. 2. Testing strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the high quality of the exchange platform. Design and implement an automated testing framework to improve testing efficiency. Ensure that the testing covers all functional modules, especially those related to contract trading. 3. Contract testing: Gain a deep understanding of the business process and technical implementation of contract trading to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of testing. Design and execute test cases for contract transactions, including but not limited to contract creation, transaction execution, clearing, and settlement. Identify and report potential risks and issues in contract trading, and propose improvement suggestions. 4. Defect management: Track and manage defects discovered during the testing process to ensure timely repairs. Work closely with the development team to ensure defect priority and repair progress. Verify the effectiveness of defect repair to ensure that the problem is thoroughly resolved. 5. Documents and Reports: Write and maintain testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Regularly report testing progress and results to management, provide data support and recommendations.
