Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of core modules for the contract trading system, including position calculation, forced liquidation engine, and fund rates, ensuring system stability and effective risk control.
• Perform in-depth analysis of market data and user behavior to optimize product parameters such as leverage ratio, fee structure, and liquidity plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and risk control departments, to ensure successful product implementation and monitor key performance indicators like position penetration rate, trading depth, and API stability.
• Stay updated on regulatory policies and competitor activities to develop compliant and competitive product strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in digital asset derivatives product management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of contract trading systems and risk control mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and user behavior.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the digital asset space.
