Backend Test Engineer (FinTech / Cryptocurrency Exchange Focus)

Responsible for functional testing, API testing, performance testing, and security testing of backend systems for FinTech platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges.
Participate in requirement reviews and system design discussions to understand business logic and technical architecture, then develop test plans and strategies.
Create high-quality test cases and build automated test scripts to achieve automation for API and regression testing.
Conduct testing for core systems such as APIs and strategy modules.
Analyze system logs, trace data, and database records to identify and resolve defects.
Collaborate with development, product, operations, and security teams to ensure system availability and transaction data accuracy.
Engage in performance stress testing and security assessments to optimize system bottlenecks and ensure stability under high-concurrency trading scenarios.
Generate test reports and quality analyses to continuously improve testing processes and standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Familiar with common testing methodologies and principles of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, message queues, etc.
