The Solution & Support Associate role at Horizon requires a combination of technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to effectively manage partner development and internal support functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product & Engineering, BD & Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical requests related to partner development.
- Provide data analytical support to the Product team.
- Conduct primary and secondary source studies and analyze information.
- Assist partners with technical support concerns and challenges.
