Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseas social media operation and marketing, including but not limited to the promotion of Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook and other SNS platforms
- Manage the maintenance, content operation, and activity operation of social media platform homepages
- Create and edit attractive social content to engage target audiences
- Plan and organize regular marketing activities to increase fan base and improve engagement across all platforms
- Expand the company's brand influence through strategic social media initiatives
- Localize overseas communication plans for different regions or countries
- Collaborate with team members to execute comprehensive communication strategies
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand market trends
- Develop multi-dimensional operation plans to activate user behavior
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with international exposure
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret social media metrics
- Creative thinker with ability to develop engaging campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- Experience in B2B social media marketing
