Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an original social content strategy tailored to the brand's objectives and audience needs.
 - Plan and execute social media campaigns that integrate storytelling content, product promotions, brand activations, IRL events, and partnership initiatives.
 - Collaborate closely with the Social Media Lead to create cohesive content strategies, particularly for written content across platforms like Twitter, Newsletter, and Discord.
 - Manage and optimize social media channels by curating content, scheduling posts, and organizing the social calendar to maximize engagement.
 - Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and measure strategic success.
 - Translate content performance data into actionable insights to improve engagement metrics across all platforms.
 - Engage the Cool Cats community through meaningful dialogue, working in tandem with the Community Management team to foster interaction.
 - Coordinate cross-functional tasks with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand content and marketing materials.
 - Execute marketing plans in partnership with the Social Media Lead, focusing on content formatting that aligns with each platform's requirements.
 - Support the creation of social marketing assets, including written content for Twitter, Discord, and other channels.
 - Monitor industry trends in marketing, gaming, and web3 sectors to provide data-driven insights to the broader team.
 - Drive consistent social engagement by managing channels daily and actively participating in community interactions.
 - Ensure all brand communication reflects the company's tone and voice, while guiding team members on best practices for content creation.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy development and campaign execution.
 - Strong understanding of content creation for diverse platforms (Twitter, Newsletter, Discord, etc.).
 - Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics.
 - Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for improving community interaction.
 - Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-team coordination and project management.
 - Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
 - Knowledge of storytelling techniques and their application in marketing contexts.
 - Experience in managing brand activations, IRL events, and partnership campaigns.
 - Strong communication skills to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
 - Ability to stay updated on industry trends in marketing, gaming, and web3 spaces.
