Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the planning and design of Web3 wallet, on-chain data, trading, and asset analytics products. The ideal candidate will combine user needs, on-chain data, and industry trends to design core product features such as Token analytics, market trends, trading interfaces, wallet functionalities, and address profiling.
You will deeply research areas like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA (Real World Assets), DEX (Decentralized Exchanges), and trending on-chain assets to continuously identify new product opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle from requirement analysis, solution design, prototyping to development and launch.
Collaboration with R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams is essential to ensure high-quality product delivery. You'll continuously study mainstream Web3 wallets, DEXs, and trading products to analyze competitors and drive product iterations. By understanding market trends, user behaviors, and on-chain player needs, you'll design differentiated and competitive product features.
Staying updated with new Web3 protocols, assets, trading models, and industry trends is crucial to quickly transform these insights into product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product management experience. Deep involvement in Web3 and strong understanding of on-chain transactions are essential, along with practical experience using Meme tokens, on-chain contracts, DEXs, and RWA products.
Familiarity with mainstream Web3 wallets and trading platforms like OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask, and Bitget Wallet is required. Preference will be given to candidates with actual product design experience in Web3 wallets, trading, market data, or analytics products.
Strong independent product design capabilities are necessary, including the ability to conduct requirement analysis, create product architecture, design interaction logic, and produce PRDs. Deep understanding of on-chain user behaviors, transaction paths, wallet experiences, and asset discovery scenarios is crucial.
Excellent user insight, data analysis, and logical reasoning skills are required. The candidate should maintain high sensitivity to the Web3 industry and quickly translate market trends into product solutions. Strong innovation capability is essential to design industry-leading products rather than simply copying competitors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet/DEX/Aggregator/Trading/On-chain Data products
- Background in Meme trading, Smart Money, address profiling, Token discovery, or on-chain market data
- Familiarity with Solana/EVM ecosystems and major protocols
- Active on-chain user with real DeFi, Meme, RWA or trading experience
- Experience independently taking products from 0 to 1 to successful launch
- Thoughts on AI + Web3, smart trading, or automated trading solutions
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: 6k-10k USDT per month
