Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and design of Web3 wallet, on-chain data, trading, and asset analysis products. Your role involves integrating user needs, on-chain data, and industry trends to develop core product features such as Token analytics, market trends, trading functionalities, wallet services, and address profiling. You will conduct in-depth research into areas like Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA (Real World Assets), DEX (Decentralized Exchanges), and trending on-chain assets to continuously identify new product opportunities.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from requirement analysis, product planning, prototype design to development and launch. Collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams, you will ensure high-quality product delivery. Additionally, you will continuously study leading Web3 wallets, DEXs, and trading platforms to analyze competitors and drive product iterations.
By leveraging market trends, user behavior, and on-chain player demands, you will design differentiated and industry-competitive product features. Staying updated with new Web3 protocols, assets, trading models, and industry trends is essential to quickly adapt and enhance product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design Web3 wallet, on-chain data, trading, and asset analysis products
- Develop core features like Token analytics, market trends, trading, and wallet services
- Research Meme tokens, contract trading, RWA, DEX, and trending on-chain assets
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery
- Analyze competitors and drive product iterations
- Design innovative features based on market and user insights
- Stay updated with Web3 trends and adapt product strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of product management experience
- Deep involvement in Web3 with strong understanding of on-chain transactions
- Familiarity with Meme tokens, on-chain contracts, DEX, RWA, and other Web3 products
- Knowledge of leading Web3 wallets like OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask, Bitget Wallet
- Prior experience in designing Web3 wallet, trading, or data products is a plus
- Strong independent product design skills, including requirement analysis, architecture, and PRD
- Understanding of on-chain user behavior, trading paths, wallet UX, and asset discovery
- Excellent user insight, data analysis, and logical reasoning abilities
- High sensitivity to Web3 trends and ability to translate market insights into product solutions
- Innovative mindset to design industry-leading products beyond competitor replication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet, DEX, Aggregator, Trading, or On-chain Data products
- Background in Meme trading, Smart Money, address profiling, Token discovery, or on-chain analytics
- Familiarity with Solana/EVM ecosystems and major protocols
- Active on-chain user with DeFi, Meme, RWA, or trading experience
- Track record of independently launching products from 0 to 1
- Interest in AI + Web3, smart trading, or automated trading solutions
