Key Responsibilities
- Assist the project department director in project management, including project initiation, transition phase management, process management, and report management, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with visual design, research and development, and operations departments to ensure the implementation of product design concepts.
- Prioritize requirements, set development priorities, lead product teams, and implement company decisions to achieve product goals.
- Develop product goals and plans, ensuring their effective execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Clarify project requirements, goals, and priorities to optimize resource allocation for critical projects.
- Create and manage a communication plan to ensure transparency and synchronization of information among all project stakeholders.
