Job Description
As a Web3 Product Manager, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and managing the end-to-end development of core Web3 products. You will deeply participate in product architecture design and the definition of core modules. Your role involves identifying key on-chain and off-chain scenarios from both business and user perspectives, proposing innovative and competitive product solutions. You will lead cross-departmental collaboration, integrate internal and external resources, and ensure efficient product development from design to implementation with measurable results. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, demonstrating the ability to independently determine product direction and make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for Web3 core products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of on-chain assets, transaction behaviors, and protocol mechanisms to abstract product logic from complex business scenarios.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating resources to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Validate product effectiveness through data-driven approaches and user feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3-5 years of product management experience in the Web3 domain, including full product lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of on-chain assets, transaction behaviors, and protocol mechanisms, with the ability to derive product logic from complex scenarios.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills, with a proactive ownership mindset to drive key initiatives independently.
- Strategic thinking and product insight to identify opportunities in dynamic environments and formulate forward-looking product strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, with the ability to quickly grasp emerging technologies and business models.
- Prior experience in AI-related projects is a plus.
