System design: Design an activity management system to ensure automation and efficiency of the activity process. Cross departmental collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, technology, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of activities. Effect evaluation: Design an activity effect evaluation mechanism, evaluate the activity ROI through data analysis, and propose improvement suggestions. Risk management: Identify and manage potential risks during the execution of activities to ensure compliance. User feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback, continuously optimize activity design.
