Who We Are:BIT (formerly known as Matrixport) offers a comprehensive product line including crypto wealth management and lending, offline structured products, trading (crypto/crypto, US stocks, OTC fiat), custody (Cactus), and RWA (tokenized gold/silver/US Treasury bonds).— You'll have a full suite of products to offer, covering almost all client needs.
What You'll Do:• Promote, close deals, and onboard clients for the company's full product range.• Develop new accounts while cross-selling to existing clients—both are your responsibilities.• Boost BIT's visibility by attending conferences and meetups, both online and offline.• Gather client feedback and relay it to the product team for improvements.• Ensure seamless client experiences to drive organic referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for all company products.
- Balance new client acquisition with deepening existing relationships.
- Represent BIT at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Act as the bridge between clients and product teams with actionable insights.
- Cultivate client satisfaction to generate referral networks.
Job Requirements:
We're Looking For:• A crypto-native with industry tenure, cultural fluency, and the ability to engage clients, KOLs, communities, funds, and projects authentically.• Proven Web3 B2B/B2C sales experience (exchange, wallet, data, or infrastructure background preferred) and sharp business acumen.• Strong client resources, offline networks, and channels for both immediate conversions and long-term relationship building.• Market agility—you adapt swiftly to changes and thrive with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing APAC resources or regional living/working experience.
- Side projects in crypto or experience organizing DAOs/meetups.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur/Bangkok with willingness to operate internationally.
