Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to build and operate a private ecosystem for US stock investors across platforms such as Telegram, WeChat, and Reddit. The role involves designing and executing end-to-end standard operating procedures (SOPs) from traffic acquisition to fund deposit and trading. The ideal candidate will develop high-conversion customer acquisition strategies, including collaborations with financial KOLs, MCN agencies, associations, and affiliate channels. Additionally, identifying niche but high-converting long-tail channels and exploring cross-industry partnerships (e.g., offline retail) will be key responsibilities.
The role also requires planning high-growth and high-conversion marketing campaigns and external collaborations based on US stock market trends and industry developments. Continuous monitoring of customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and customer lifetime value will be essential to refine strategies and resource allocation. The candidate should also drive innovative growth initiatives and strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage private communities for US stock investors on platforms like Telegram, WeChat, and Reddit.
- Develop and execute full-funnel SOPs from traffic generation to trading conversion.
- Identify and leverage high-conversion channels, including financial influencers, MCNs, associations, and affiliate networks.
- Explore unconventional but effective long-tail acquisition channels and cross-industry partnerships.
- Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with US stock market trends.
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, retention, and LTV to optimize strategies.
- Drive innovative growth initiatives and strategic collaborations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or business development at internet brokerage or crypto trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of US stock trading, options, derivatives, and cross-border investment logic is preferred.
- Expertise in private community growth strategies with strong user psychology insights to drive conversions.
- Prior success in US stock "influencer marketing" or large-scale viral campaigns is a plus.
