Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive risk control strategies across all business operations.
- Monitor and manage risks through advanced analytical tools, establish real-time monitoring systems, and implement automated alarm mechanisms to promptly address potential threats.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance, while organizing and maintaining detailed documentation for audit trails and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risk exposure points and design mitigation solutions tailored to business needs.
- Prepare risk assessment reports, analyze incident data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance risk management frameworks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, financial compliance standards, and emerging risk trends to ensure strategy relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with IT departments to integrate risk monitoring systems with existing data infrastructure and ensure cybersecurity protocols are maintained.
- Participate in risk management meetings, contribute to policy development, and support decision-making processes through data-driven insights.
- Document risk management procedures, maintain version control for risk assessment models, and ensure transparency in risk reporting processes.
- Conduct periodic risk audits, identify gaps in current risk control measures, and propose enhancements to strengthen organizational resilience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, financial compliance, or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, Basel III) and familiarity with risk modeling software (e.g., SAS, RiskMetrics).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex risk findings to stakeholders and collaborate with teams across departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and experience with compliance documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) and experience with SQL databases for data management tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple risk projects simultaneously and maintain accurate documentation records.
- Preferred certifications in risk management (e.g., PRM, CRMP) or financial compliance (e.g., CFA, CPA) to demonstrate expertise.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement updated risk control protocols as needed.
- Experience with risk management software (e.g., RiskWatch, RiskLens) and familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks.
