Job Description:
岗位名：动画设计师（全职顾问）
Position：Motion Designer – Full time Consultant
- 制作 GIF / MP4 动效内容，MG 动画、Logo 动画、元素演绎
- 基于现有视觉素材制作高质量广告动效
- 按不同平台需求输出多尺寸版本（Google、CoinGecko、Twitter、Telegram 等）
- 控制素材体积，确保符合投放规范
- 根据提供的文案制作多语种版本（中/英/韩/日等）
- 确保排版、字号、位置、节奏一致性
- 制作基础 3D 场景、模型展示、产品动效
- 熟悉 Blender / C4D / 3ds Max 任一工具
- 能提供基础渲染 + 动画输出
- Produce GIF / MP4 motion graphics, including MG animation, logo animation, and element animations.
- Create high-quality advertising motion assets based on existing visual materials.
- Deliver multi-size versions according to platform requirements (Google, CoinGecko, Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
- Control file size to meet advertising and platform specifications.
- Adapt animations into multiple language versions (Chinese/English/Korean/Japanese, etc.) based on provided copy.
- Ensure consistency in layout, typography, placement, and pacing across all versions.
- Create basic 3D scenes, model showcases, and product animations.
- Use at least one 3D tool (Blender / C4D / 3ds Max).
- Provide basic rendering and animation outputs.
Job Requirements:
- 熟练使用 After Effects，掌握 C4D 基础操作
- 熟悉 GIF / MP4 压缩、导出与优化流程
- 能独立制作干净、流畅、有节奏感的短动效
- 有 Digital Ads / Banner Ads 动效制作经验者优先
- Proficient in After Effects; basic ability in C4D.
- Familiar with GIF / MP4 compression, export, and optimization workflows.
- Able to independently produce clean, smooth, and rhythmically strong short motion graphics.
- Experience in Digital Ads / Banner Ads motion design is preferred.

- 有多语言广告适配经验
- 能进行基础视觉延展（排版、字体适配、尺寸延展）
- 能支持常见交付格式（GIF / HTML / MOV / MP4 / AE 项目文件）

- Experience in advertising agencies, brand design studios, internet companies, or crypto exchanges.
- Experience adapting multi-language advertising materials.
- Ability to handle basic visual extensions (layout, typography adaptation, size conversions).
- Familiarity with common delivery formats: GIF / HTML / MOV / MP4 / AE project files.
