Promote talent selection and evaluation in the company, improve talent adequacy and retention rates. 5. Expand and maintain effective recruitment channels overseas to enhance channel effectiveness. 6. Conduct recruitment data analysis and improvement plans to enhance cross departmental recruitment collaboration efficiency and satisfaction.
