Job responsibilities: 1. Conduct quantitative research according to the quantitative framework provided by the company, explore market opportunities, and propose innovative trading strategies. 2. Have a certain understanding of products in the financial industry, including but not limited to spot, futures, options, and other products. 2. Develop quantitative trading strategies as required, participate in the development of platform strategy trading projects, and deploy them online. 3. Utilize the data provided by the company for the entire process of data analysis and processing, algorithm development and implementation, engineering projects, deployment and launch. 4. Continuously learning about market dynamics and technological developments, maintaining sensitivity to industry trends, and providing strategic advice to the team.
