Project planning and control: develop detailed project plans, assess project risks, allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure that progress is aligned with goals. Requirement management and change control: Communicate with product and business departments to clarify project requirements, manage requirement changes, and ensure a balance of project scope, time, and resources. Team leadership and guidance: Manage and guide the project management team, enhance the team's project execution and efficiency, and cultivate project management talents. Risk management: Timely identify and assess potential risks of the project, develop emergency plans, and ensure that the project maintains progress in unforeseeable challenges.
