We are seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) professional to support the execution and advancement of projects related to growth, marketing, and operations. This role will focus on business project management, cross-team collaboration, and delivery tracking to ensure all projects are well-planned, assigned to clear owners, and completed on time with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution and advancement of growth, marketing, and operations projects
- Track progress of marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, and operational plans
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth project progression
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and responsible parties
- Identify execution risks and escalate feedback in a timely manner
- Planning & Prioritization Support
- Assist in project planning and timeline development
- Support prioritization of projects based on business objectives
- Break down business goals into executable projects and tasks
- Maintain overall visibility of ongoing and upcoming projects
- Tracking, Reporting & Communication
- Maintain project schedules and dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Support internal communication and alignment meetings
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and changes
- Process & Execution Optimization
- Support standardization of project management processes
- Help improve execution efficiency of business teams
- Assist in developing PMO templates and standard operating procedures
- Support post-project reviews and lessons learned documentation
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in PMO, project management, operations, or business coordination
- Experience working with growth, marketing, or operations teams
- Must have experience in cryptocurrency exchange contract business and understand basic contract trading logic and business scenarios
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internet, fintech, crypto industry, or platform companies preferred
- Experience with marketing campaigns or growth projects is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or Lark
