Conduct scope management to ensure the clarity and accessibility of project objectives. 4. Implement change management, handle change requests during the project process, assess impacts, and adjust plans in a timely manner. 5. Conduct progress management to ensure timely delivery of the project. 6. Organize and host various meetings during the requirement processing process to ensure smooth communication and accurate information transmission. 7.
