Job responsibilities: 1. Project management support: (1) Assist the product owner in product planning and execution. (2) Track project progress, ensure timely completion of the project, and report progress and issues in a timely manner. (3) Participate in cross departmental communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration among teams. 2. Requirement analysis and document writing: (1) Assist in collecting and analyzing business requirements, writing requirement documents and functional specifications. (2) Assist the product team in conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, and proposing optimization suggestions. (3) Assist in writing and maintaining user manuals and operation guides related to the product. 3. Product development support: (1) Assist in following up on the product development process to ensure that the development progress meets the project plan. (2) Collaborate with development and testing teams to solve problems in product development and ensure product quality. (3) Assist in conducting pre launch testing and quality inspections of the product. 4. Internal and external user feedback and optimization: (1) Collect and analyze feedback to assist in improving workflow and collaborative efficiency.
