Job Description
The Localization Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the multilingual quality of App and Web content, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires on-site presence and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality localized content.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal business units to define localization project scope, create plans, allocate resources, monitor progress and quality, mitigate risks, conduct pre-delivery checks, and summarize post-delivery lessons.
- Manage localization resources, including daily communication and coordination with vendors and freelance translators.
- Handle project asset management, such as file distribution, collection, organization, and maintenance (e.g., TM, Glossary, SG), as well as translator payment records.
- Address unexpected issues and risks during project execution.
- Ensure all localized content meets linguistic and cultural standards.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Preferred Majors: English, Localization, Translation, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in multilingual localization, translation, or project management.
- Familiarity with localization industry standards, QA processes, and CAT tools.
- Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency exchange projects is a plus.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of blockchain industry terminology.
- Expertise in multilingual localization project management.
