Job Description
The Senior APP User Experience Product Manager will be responsible for driving the optimization of Matrixport APP's user experience and growth strategies. This role requires deep analysis of user behavior and usage paths to develop targeted improvement plans that enhance key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions while aligning user experience enhancements with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Matrixport APP user behavior patterns and usage journeys to formulate UX optimization strategies
- Lead end-to-end user growth initiatives including acquisition, activation, retention, conversion and reactivation
- Drive product solutions from conception to implementation as the cross-functional lead, coordinating with design, engineering, QA and other departments
- Establish data-driven decision mechanisms by focusing on user needs and pain points
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to develop innovative UX solutions
- Align UX improvements with overall company strategic goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of APP product management experience, including 3+ years leading core modules/projects
- Preferred experience in FinTech, Crypto or Internet industries with successful UX optimization projects
- Strong expertise in UX methodologies including interaction design, user research and A/B testing
- Excellent cross-department communication and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities in fast-changing markets
- Outstanding logical thinking and documentation skills
- Results-oriented with strong leadership capabilities
