Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of our exchange's core products including spot trading, derivatives, wealth management, and wallet services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance user needs with business objectives while ensuring compliance and risk management standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with company strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
- Product Development: Create detailed PRD documentation, user flows, and interaction designs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.
- Product Optimization: Monitor product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience through iterative updates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, risk management, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product implementation.
- Innovation Exploration: Research emerging industry trends (DeFi, NFTs, RWAs, on-chain derivatives) and evaluate their potential application to enhance platform competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in internet/fintech/digital asset product management, with exchange or wallet product experience highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchange operations including spot, derivatives, wealth products, and staking mechanisms.
- Professional Skills: Strong capabilities in product planning, requirements analysis, and project management with data-driven decision making.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, logical thinking, learning agility, and stress management.
- Language: Business English proficiency preferred, with international experience being an advantage.
