Job Description
The Infrastructure Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with key infrastructure partners to drive growth and enhance the Optimism ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of partner differentiation and value-add to ensure alignment with Optimism's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with top infrastructure partners
- Gain deep understanding of how partners differentiate and add value to Optimism
- Create growth channels and programs with infrastructure partners to increase developer mindshare
- Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to provide scalable solutions that enhance developer experience
- Identify, structure, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with competitive terms and best-in-class infrastructure SLAs
- Provide strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights
- Establish product feedback loop with partners to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development in infrastructure/tech industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and developer ecosystems
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to analyze partner value propositions and identify strategic opportunities
- Experience structuring complex partnerships and negotiating agreements
- Strategic thinker with ability to align partner initiatives with company objectives
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Proactive problem solver with ability to drive initiatives independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in blockchain or Web3 infrastructure
- Background in developer relations or technical partnerships
- Existing network in the blockchain infrastructure space
- Understanding of Optimism's technology stack and ecosystem
