Job Description:
Office Operations
Own the day-to-day operations that keep our office running well, including developing a strong sense of what the space needs before it becomes a problem
Manage inventory, including laptop procurement and coordinating repairs or replacements when equipment breaks
Work with the team to craft best in class events, end-to-end
Own the guest experience
Own all things food for the team, including daily lunch and dinner, and keeping snacks and drinks stocked
Support the logistics and administrative work of an upcoming office move
Recruiting Operations
Work with our head of talent on interview scheduling and on-site coordination
Keep our recruiting systems clean and up to date
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees
Executive Support
Own our cofounders' calendars
Schedule business dinners on an as-needed basis
Handle one-off requests as they come up
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills: you naturally look for ways to turn ad hoc work into repeatable process
A demonstrated bias toward action: you take ownership of a problem and see it through without needing to be told twice
Excellent written and verbal communication
High discretion and sound judgment, particularly around confidential calendar and business information
No task too big or small: comfortable with hands-on work like restocking, setup, and other physical tasks alongside higher-level project work
Natural project and vendor management instincts, with the ability to set clear expectations and hold vendors accountable
Comfortable operating in-person, in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift day to day
