Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email and social media marketing strategies to promote our Bitcoin wallet and engage with our target audience across platforms such as Twitter, Threads, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
 - Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, tutorial and entertaining Tiktok videos, and infographics, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our community.
 - Monitor social media channels, respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner, and foster meaningful interactions to build strong relationships with our community.
 - Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive user acquisition, blockchain education, and increase user engagement with our product.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, news, and relevant events in the Web 3 and crypto space, leveraging this knowledge to curate and share relevant content that provides value to our community.
 - Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts and identify areas for optimization.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth, design, and product, to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
 - Explore partnerships and collaborations with influencers, thought leaders, and relevant communities in the crypto industry to expand our reach and drive brand awareness.
 - Stay informed about platform-specific best practices and emerging trends, continuously optimizing our digital marketing strategies and tactics.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email campaigns in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
 - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, particularly in wallet solutions and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
 - Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, with a preference for creative and educational formats.
 - Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, social media dashboards, or CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.
 - Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously, with experience in content scheduling and community management.
 - Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic to our platforms.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate brand messaging and collaborate with teams effectively.
 - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks based on campaign goals and audience needs.
 - Experience with influencer marketing or community engagement strategies in the crypto space is a plus.
