Job Description:
As the regional business leader for BitUnix in the target country, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive regional growth strategy. You'll lead local teams to achieve key goals such as user growth, trading volume expansion, market share increase, and brand influence. A deep understanding of the local market, regulatory policies, user needs, and competitive landscape is essential for driving localized operations, marketing, partnerships, and community development. You will be a key driver of BitUnix's regional success.
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Analyze the target country's crypto market trends, user profiles, competitors, and regulatory environment.
- Develop and execute measurable growth strategies, annual/quarterly business plans, and budgets.
- Set and track KPIs such as user growth, active users, trading volume, market share, and revenue.
Business Development and Growth:
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Execute localized marketing campaigns (online & offline), including digital marketing, social media, content, KOL collaborations, sponsorships, etc.
- Establish partnerships with payment providers, wallet services, media, communities, KOLs, and institutional clients.
Localized Operations and Product Optimization:
- Understand user needs to guide localization of product, services, UI, payment, support, and compliance.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to deliver locally relevant features and smooth operational experience.
Team Building and Management:
- Build and lead efficient local teams (marketing, operations, BD, community, etc.).
- Define team goals, delegate roles, provide coaching, and manage performance.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, policy changes, and innovations.
- Report key insights, risks, and opportunities to HQ with strategic recommendations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws and BitUnix global policies.
- Work closely with legal/compliance teams to manage local risks.
- Maintain communications with regulators and relevant organizations.
Community and Brand Building:
- Grow and engage local user communities to enhance loyalty.
- Represent BitUnix at local events and industry conferences.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in internet, fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain sectors in BD, growth, sales, or general management.
- Proven success in leading business growth in the target region with strong local market knowledge and networks.
- Experience in multinational companies or high-growth startups as a regional leader preferred.
- Track record of building business from scratch or significantly expanding market share.
