Job Description
This role involves strategic planning and execution of fund financing activities to align with the company's objectives, market conditions, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will drive fundraising efforts, establish partnerships, and contribute to industry research and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fund financing strategies based on company goals, market environment, and regulatory policies to achieve financing targets.
- Lead fundraising initiatives by leveraging personal networks to establish diverse fundraising channels and coordinate with institutions such as banks, securities firms, third-party wealth managers, associations, and private capital sources.
- Conduct in-depth industry research to provide investment strategies and research reports for the assigned sector.
- Independently manage pre-fundraising negotiations, external liaison activities, and resource expansion with funding partners and institutional collaborators.
- Collaborate with the team to facilitate fund establishment, regulatory filings, and preparation of related reports.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fund financing, fundraising, or related financial roles.
- Strong network and ability to establish partnerships with financial institutions and investors.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
