We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager/Analyst to join our Fintech team. This role focuses on cryptocurrency and blockchain investment projects, requiring deep industry knowledge and analytical skills to identify high-potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential cryptocurrency and blockchain investment projects
- Evaluate project teams, technical capabilities, token economics, financial condition, and market potential
- Provide fully researched investment recommendations based on thorough analysis
- Perform track research and conduct in-depth analysis of key industry players
- Analyze technology, products, and other critical aspects of blockchain projects
- Monitor developments across the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Track industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes
- Regularly organize and share insights with the investment team
- Continuously monitor post-investment projects and assess risks
- Ensure portfolio projects align with the fund's investment philosophy
- Prepare high-quality investment analysis reports
- Facilitate communication between the team and project parties
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in fintech or blockchain
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology
- Proven ability to conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis
- Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to track and interpret industry trends and regulatory changes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience preparing professional investment reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with token economics and blockchain project evaluation
- Existing network in the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry
- Technical background or understanding of blockchain protocols
- CFA or similar professional certification
