Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to focus on the Financial Technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities in innovative fintech projects, with a particular emphasis on cross-border financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Mining and Evaluation: Proactively seek and evaluate early-stage/growth stage financial technology projects, with a focus on cross-border payments, remittances, foreign exchange, compliance, and B2B financial infrastructure
- Industry Research and Ecological Construction: Track global financial technology trends, expand founder and industry resource networks, obtain high-quality project channels
- Project Screening and Post-investment Management: Conduct preliminary due diligence, analyze market competition patterns, assist invested enterprises in strategic resource docking and subsequent financing
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking with fintech focus
- Deep understanding of cross-border financial services including payments, FX, and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-investment management
- Strong network within the fintech ecosystem including founders, investors, and industry experts
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess market opportunities and competitive landscapes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one other major language is highly desirable
